About the Role
This is a patient-facing coordination and counselling role, not a primarily clinical one. You'll be the single point of contact for patients, working closely with consultants, billing, and insurance teams to ensure a smooth experience. Some clinical support is involved (assisting consultants in OPD, recording vitals and history), but the core of the job is coordination, counselling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patients through OPD consultations, surgery admissions, follow-ups, and discharge.
Counsel patients and attendants on recommended procedures, financial estimates, packages, and payment options.
Brief patients on pre-operative and pre-admission requirements.
Assist consultants on the OPD floor and record patient history, vitals, and complaints.
Coordinate with Insurance and IP Billing teams for approvals,



admissions, and discharges.
Maintain accurate records in HMIS and supporting trackers.

Who We're Looking For
Mandatory: Prior experience as a Care Coordinator / Patient Coordinator in a hospital.
Healthcare background preferred.
Comfortable with HMIS/ERP software and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Empathetic, organized, and positive at multitasking in a busy OPD.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Shift: Day shift only

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
