Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working specialists regarding online and distance education programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to learners.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain and update student records in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admission processing.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and team player.
Tamil mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
