Job Description – Welder

Position: Welder
Location: Bagru, Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities
Perform Arc Welding as per production and quality requirements.
Read and interpret basic welding drawings and specifications.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.
Inspect welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and quality standards.
Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
Coordinate with the production team to complete assigned work within timelines.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Arc Welding.
Positive knowledge of welding techniques, equipment,



and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of fabrication and metal finishing.

Qualification
ITI (Welder) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Relevant welding experience is mandatory.
