Manage the day-to-day operation of STP/ETP/WWTP facilities.
Ensure treated water consistently meets regulatory discharge or reuse standards.
Supervise operations, maintenance, laboratory, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation teams.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Optimize chemical dosing and energy consumption.
Maintain pumps, blowers, clarifiers, filters, aeration systems, valves, and sludge handling equipment.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual operational reports.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts.
Lead safety programs, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and pollution control authorities during inspections and audits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
