The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Executive is to handle customer interactions professionally and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads for personal loans, assisting customers with product information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience while achieving daily performance targets.

Any Degree (UG/PG)
Minimum qualification: Any Degree or Higher
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

English + Tamil

Eligibility
Tamil: V4 candidates preferred




Malayalam, Telugu & Kannada: V3 candidates are also eligible
Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

Shift Timing
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off
Sunday (Fixed)

Salary

₹13,500 – ₹16,500 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
