Job description:
KV Institute of Management, Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore, is seeking a qualified and passionate Associate Professor for MBA programs. The ideal candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to academic excellence.
Responsibilities
Deliver MBA lectures as per assigned specialization
Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and academic materials
Conduct internal assessments and evaluate student performance
Mentor students academically and professionally
Participate in curriculum development and institutional activities
Contribute to seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in any specialization (Mandatory)
Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching / research - with 2 years experience Post Ph.d
Robust communication and presentation skills
