Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with software lifecycle management and support best practices.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
