We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our diverse culinary and beverage operations. The Director of F&B; will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, catering, banqueting, and room service. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a passion for exceptional guest experiences, solid financial acumen, and a proven track record in managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and achieve profitability targets.
Oversee the daily operations of all F&B; outlets, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, inventory management, and P&L; analysis for all F&B; departments.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of F&B; professionals, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Curate and continuously update menus, wine lists,



and beverage programs, incorporating seasonal ingredients, market trends, and guest preferences while maintaining competitive pricing.
Ensure compliance with all local and national health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
Establish and maintain robust vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to continuously improve service quality and address any concerns promptly.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase visibility and patronage of F&B; outlets.
Collaborate closely with other department heads, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and recent technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
