Job Title: Sonologist (Consultant / Full time / Part-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sonologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting and reporting ultrasound examinations while ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
MBBS from a recognized institution.
MD or DNB or DMRE or DMRD in Radiology or equivalent qualification.
Valid State Medical Council registration.
Registered under the PCPNDT Act (where applicable).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ultrasound reporting (Freshers with robust training may also apply).

Key Responsibilities
Perform and interpret ultrasound examinations including:
Abdomen & Pelvis
Obstetric (where legally permitted)
Gynecological
Small Parts
Breast
Thyroid
Doppler Studies
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (preferred)
Prepare accurate and timely ultrasound reports.
Ensure compliance with PCPNDT Act and maintain all statutory records.




Coordinate with referring physicians and clinical teams.
Maintain patient confidentiality and provide compassionate patient care.
Ensure quality assurance and proper utilization of ultrasound equipment.

Desired Skills
Excellent diagnostic and reporting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with RIS/PACS and Hospital Information Systems.
