Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls (cold calling included)
Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career options
Maintain data in MS Office (Excel/Word)
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process

Basic knowledge of MS Office
Confident and positive attitude
Good convincing skills
