About the Role

Speedex India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of online marketplaces, product listings, and order management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Create, edit, and update product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across all platforms.
Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of orders.
Resolve customer queries and marketplace-related issues.




Monitor daily sales reports and prepare basic MIS reports.
Participate in promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sales.
Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain marketplace performance metrics and account health.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in E-commerce Operations.
Candidates with basic knowledge of e-commerce and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
