Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for roles such as travel consultants, ticketing executives, visa specialists, customer service representatives, sales executives, tour coordinators, and corporate travel specialists. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Negotiate compensation and prepare offer letters.




Ensure smooth onboarding and complete joining documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or aviation industry.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
