Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
Monitor labour, material, and equipment usage.
Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material usage records.
Resolve site-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Verify drawings and ensure work is done as per specifications.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in residential/commercial construction.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
