Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

JKey Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Prepare budgets and monitor budget utilization.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, , FCRA, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare financial reports for management, donors, and funding agencies.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Support payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government departments.




Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the management.

Qualifications
M.Com or MBA

Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Experience in NGOs, Trusts, Healthcare, or Educational Institutions will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of FCRA accounting and donor reporting is preferred.
