Job Role
Required relevant experience in handling EPC Projects procurement & Sub Contracts.
Preparation of procurement strategies and procurement planning.
Coordination between Management, Procurement Lead, subordinate and project Team.
Required Sound knowledge of Sub contracts and its terms.
Team handling, requirement Tracking, MIS, vendor database maintenance.
Floating the enquiries to vendors, calling quotation and preparation of CS.
Obtaining approval from Management to place the Purchase/Work Orders.
Preparation of Purchase/Work Order based on approved terms sheet.
Contractors Identification, Current Vendor Development, Forecast Price and Market trends, Rate Analysis, Tracking supplier payments with finance/ account team
