Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in Quality and NPD activities.
Knowledge of Crimping, Terminal, Connector, Wire Cutting & Stripping, Taping, Assembly, and Electrical Testing.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, CAPA, and Control Plan.
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, BOM, and customer drawings.
Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis techniques.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Quality and NPD are preferred.
Experience in OEM / Tier-1 automotive wiring harness manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
