KT/Clarifications to Development & Testing Teams
Status Reporting
Client Super User Training
Coordination during client UAT
Qualifications, Work experience:
Should have 4 – 7 years of relevant work experience in General / All Commercial claims Insurance.
Should have involved in implementation of insurance applications throughout all phases of SDLC.
Should have understanding of Portals for Sales Channels, Customers, Mobile Applications for Sales Channel and Customers.
General / all Commercial claims products Experience.
Licentiate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
MS Office, MS Visio, Knowledge on any Requirements Gathering Tool.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, Excellent Documentation Skills.
