Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Analytics)

About the Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive user acquisition and scale growth through data-driven marketing. You will own Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, optimize funnels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve conversions and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns
Analyze user behavior using GA4, manage budgets, and improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.
Set up conversion tracking, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with product and content teams to improve landing pages and funnels.




Monitor key metrics such as conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
Robust understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and conversion optimization.
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and campaign tracking setups.
A data-driven mindset, robust analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Positive to Have
Experience in EdTech, app marketing, Firebase, attribution tools, or CRM integra
