Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Arihant Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid marketing, and the ability to generate quality leads while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
Create audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion strategies.
Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.




Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO basics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
