HR Recruiter (Volume / Bulk Hiring)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in volume/bulk hiring for BPO voice processes. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident, and skilled in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements and plan sourcing accordingly.
Source relevant profiles via portals, referrals, campus hiring, and conversions.
Screen profiles and conduct face-to-face interviews.
Line up candidates as per hiring parameters.
Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Handle mass hiring, coordination, and initial screening.
Negotiate effectively with candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
2+ years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO voice process.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident, aggressive, and enthusiastic personality.
Solid negotiation skills.
Target-oriented mindset.
