Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS capability framework to achieve site certification
Facilitate CI project, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience.
Drive 5S & Kaizen program across the plant
Coach function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design.
Drive cross-functional collaboration through swimlane mapping, value stream diagnostics, and best-practice sharing across departments.
Develop and support governance mechanisms, including VOS maturity tracking, KPI alignment, and leadership engagement routines.
Model a culture of ownership and empowerment by helping teams internalize Lean mindsets and behaviors that sustain progress over time.
Support deployment across both cultural and tactical dimensions — from team-level coaching to enterprise system-level change.
