Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol hotel premises to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Control access to the hotel by verifying guest credentials and handling visitor check-ins.
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, ensuring proper action is taken.
Maintain a visible presence, providing assistance to guests when needed and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities to hotel management or local authorities.
Conduct routine security checks on guest rooms, hallways, and hotel entrances.
Assist in the enforcement of hotel policies and procedures to maintain a protected environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a security role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and customer service skills.




Ability to stay calm and take appropriate action during emergencies.
Must be versatile and available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid security guard license (if required by local regulations).
Ability to work well with diverse groups of people and remain skilled under all circumstances.
