Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students, fresh graduates, and specialists. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor learners through hands-on projects and industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver online training on IT technologies and programming languages.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and project-based learning.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments.
Guide students on career development, resume building, and interview preparation.




Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Develop and update training materials based on current market demands.
Coordinate with the placement team to support student employability.
Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
Mentor interns and fresh graduates throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an IT Trainer, Faculty, Software Developer, or Technical Mentor.
Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and teaching skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
