Promote the Arbitration Centre to corporates, MSMEs, banks, finance companies (NBFCs), housing finance companies, insurance companies, industry associations, government organizations, and public sector undertakings.
Develop strategic relationships with banks, finance companies, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs), microfinance institutions, leasing companies, and fintech organizations to encourage institutional arbitration for commercial and financial disputes.
Identify and approach finance companies to empanel the Arbitration Centre for recovery-related disputes, loan agreement arbitration, and commercial contract dispute resolution.
Encourage financial institutions to incorporate the Arbitration Centre's arbitration clause in their loan agreements, vendor contracts, and commercial agreements.
Marketing & Client Acquisition
Conduct awareness meetings and presentations for banks,
finance companies, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and corporate legal teams on the perks of institutional arbitration.
Generate referrals from advocates, recovery agents, legal consultants, chartered accountants, company secretaries, and financial institutions.
