The Showroom Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, achieving sales targets, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve showroom sales targets and improve sales performance.
Supervise, train, and motivate the showroom sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain showroom appearance, inventory, and product displays.
Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in retail or automobile showroom management.

Communication and negotiation
Problem-solving
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
