● Drive sales growth across your assigned territory by identifying and developing current business opportunities. ● Build and manage relationships with gym owners, fitness chains, educational institutions, corporate clients, hotels, and sports facilities. ● Generate current business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities. ● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy business margins. Customer Engagement ● Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored fitness equipment solutions. ● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits. ● Build long-term relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. ● Provide post-sales support by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely installations and customer satisfaction.

Market Development





● Expand Ignite's brand presence within the assigned territory. ● Develop partnerships with architects, interior designers, consultants, fitness influencers, and industry professionals. ● Represent Ignite at fitness expos, networking events, and industry exhibitions. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business prospects.

Business Excellence

● Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records. ● Prepare sales forecasts and business reports. ● Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. ● Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
