Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales / LinkedIn Marketing Executive who can generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other outreach channels. The ideal candidate should enjoy networking, connecting with decision-makers, and supporting the sales team by creating recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach and networking.
Identify and connect with HR Heads, Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Hiring Managers, and other decision-makers.
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Required Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales,



or LinkedIn Outreach.
Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn for B2B prospecting.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.
Experience generating qualified meetings through LinkedIn outreach.
Understanding of IT staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions is an advantage.
