Key Responsibilities
Perform emergency procedures such as airway management, CPR, wound suturing, fracture immobilization, catheterization, and other indicated interventions.
Prescribe medications, order and interpret laboratory and radiological investigations.
Coordinate timely referrals and consultations with specialty departments.
Admit, discharge, or transfer patients based on clinical assessment.
Monitor patient progress and reassess clinical status as required.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education (CME).
Perform duties in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in emergency medicine, casualty, ICU, or critical care are preferred.
Experience in managing trauma and medical emergencies is an advantage.
Required Skills
Solid clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in emergency procedures and resuscitation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
