We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling Textile and E-commerce warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
Handle inward and outward stock movement.
Perform picking, packing, quality checks, and dispatch of orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
Process customer returns and replacement orders.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.
Assist in regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Follow warehouse SOPs and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3+ years of warehouse experience.
Prior Textile warehouse experience is mandatory.
Experience in E-commerce warehouse operations is mandatory.
Positive understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
Experience with order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP/WMS preferred).
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse stock when required.
Team player with a responsible and disciplined work ethic.
