Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster qualified growth.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping.
Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
