Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and stitch fabrics for home textile products.
Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment.
Read and follow design specifications, patterns, and work orders.
Perform hemming, piping, pleating, and decorative stitching as required.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Alter or repair textile products when necessary.
Maintain sewing machines and workstations in valuable condition.
Ensure productive use of fabrics and minimize material waste.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Follow workplace safety and housekeeping procedures.

Required Skills
Proficiency in sewing and stitching techniques.
Ability to operate industrial sewing machines.




Knowledge of different fabric types and their handling requirements.
Measuring, cutting, and pattern-reading skills.
Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Time management and productivity skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
High School (10th/12th) or equivalent.
Certificate or training in tailoring, garment construction, or sewing is preferred.
Experience in home textiles, furnishings, or garment manufacturing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
