Position Description: To Manage and effectively Supervise the Electrical Production Department.
Experience
He should be having a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in production of Motors, Alternators and Specialty Electrical Machines. Of this, he should be having a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
Qualifications
B. Tech / M. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Skill set
Excellent Knowledge of winding configurations, connection diagrams and winding processes of AC and DC machines
Valuable knowledge of relay operation and electrical panel wiring
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse, skilled team to achieve highest productivity levels
Ability to consistently achieve the targeted production with Zero defects and as per the required quality standards
Basic knowledge of ERP
