Prenatal Sample (Amniotic fluid / Chorionic villi sample / Product of conception) handling, extraction, and quantification.
Setting up QF PCR, fragment analysis.
Blood DNA Extraction with a specified kit for specific test samples.
Buccal swab DNA extraction and quantification.
sample storage and retrieval as and when required.
Agarose Gel preparation and running.
Keep close communication with the cytogenetic department and timely updates for all prenatal samples.
