A mechanical and electrical (M&E;) supervisor leads technical teams, manages equipment upkeep, and ensures safety compliance.
Team Leadership: Direct daily work for mechanical and electrical technicians.
System Maintenance: Oversee routine checks and repairs for HVAC, power systems, and machinery.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex hardware or circuit failures using blueprints and schematics.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety rules on the job site.
Scheduling: Plan preventive maintenance and coordinate project tasks with other departments.
Key Requirements
Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on supervisory work in industrial or facilities settings.
Technical Skills: Ability to read wiring diagrams, blue prints, and mechanical drawings.
Soft Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
