Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician & Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Duties
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and control systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and power issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

Plumbing Duties
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
Detect and resolve plumbing leaks, blockages, and pipe-related issues.
Install and service pumps, water heaters, and sanitary fittings.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.




Read and interpret plumbing layouts and drawings.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical and plumbing work.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, plumbing systems, and tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant certification, diploma, or trade qualification is preferred.
