We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a robust background in Test & Measurement Equipment sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key customer accounts, delivering technical presentations, and providing solution-based sales across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development activities for Test & Measurement solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and channel partners.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Handle commercial negotiations and order closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams and OEM partners to maximize business prospects.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and business forecasts.
Travel across assigned territories for customer visits and business development.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales of Test & Measurement Equipment.
At least 3 years of experience in key account management and solution selling.
Hands-on experience with leading Test & Measurement brands is preferred.
Experience in technical demonstrations and customer presentations.

Oscilloscopes
Spectrum Analyzers
Digital Multimeters
Network Analyzers
Thermal Imagers
RF Test Equipment
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of techno-commercial sales and industrial/government procurement processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related Engineering discipline.
MBA (Sales & Marketing) is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
