Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to generate qualified B2B leads and support business growth through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, personal branding, social selling, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn lead-generation strategies.
Identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers.
Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn content to increase brand visibility.
Manage company and founder LinkedIn profiles.
Research target industries, competitors, companies, and prospects.
Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead records and track outreach activities.




Prepare weekly performance reports on lead generation and campaign results.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing, Lead Generation, Business Development, or related roles.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Knowledge of B2B lead generation, email outreach, and social selling.
Ability to create qualified LinkedIn posts and campaigns.
Robust relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in B2B services, KPO, IT, or US Accounting/Recruitment.
Familiarity with Canva, Excel, and AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
