We are a jewellery store in Surat looking for someone who is valuable at talking to people on the phone. Your main job will be to call our customers, give them updates about their orders, and answer their questions. You will also do some basic data entry after each call.
What You Will Do
Call customers and give them updates about their jewellery orders
Answer customer questions about their orders, products, or any issues they have
Talk politely and clearly with customers at all times
After each call, write down what was discussed (basic data entry)
Follow up with customers if their issue is not solved in the first call
Learn about our jewellery products so you can answer customer questions confidently
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Speaks softly and clearly — good phone manner is a must
Can speak Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)
Is a rapid learner — ready to learn about our products quickly
Is patient and polite, even with difficult customers
Can do basic computer or mobile work for data entry
Has done a calling or customer service job before (preferred, but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
