Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.

Candidates with previous experience in reputed MNCs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
Build and enhance applications on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Develop scalable and reusable Lightning components.
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Flows, and process automation.
Design and develop REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.




Optimize system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Required Skills
4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Solid experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).

Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce
SOQL and SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Triggers
Batch Apex
REST and SOAP API integrations
Salesforce Security Model
Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Roles
Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools
Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certification is an added advantage.
Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations is preferred.
Previous experience working with reputed MNCs is highly preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
