Job Title: Hospital Manager/Admininstrator

Location: Dhepalpur (Indore, Madhya Pradesh)
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective hospital administration, staff coordination, patient services, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hospital operations and administration
Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and support staff
Oversee patient services, quality standards, and compliance
Handle hospital budgeting, expenses, and resource management
Implement hospital policies, procedures, and SOPs
Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity
Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory




Improve patient experience and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Hospital Management (BHA/MHA/MBA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–7 years in hospital or healthcare management
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of hospital operations, billing, and healthcare systems
