Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
Configure and implement Business Central modules as per business requirements.
Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FRD, FDD) and support UAT activities.
Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
Provide user training and post-go-live support.
Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills
8+ years of ERP Functional Consulting experience.
Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Expertise in the following modules
Finance
Project Management




Extensive experience in end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
Solid knowledge of business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent presentation and solution demonstration skills.
Proven experience in independently handling and delivering end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of 5+ members.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
