We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to build and maintain robust relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.




Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
Support customer retention initiatives and promote customer loyalty.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Valuable problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹9,669.13 - ₹27,000.00 per month
