Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure productive workflow.
Review and validate prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
Dispense medications in compliance with legal and qualified standards.
Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, storage, and adherence.
Monitor and maintain medicine inventory, including procurement, stock control, expiry management, and controlled drugs.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and quality standards.
Lead and train junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support internal/external audits.
Monitor adverse drug reactions (ADR) and medication errors, recommending corrective actions.
Participate in formulary management, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
