Position: Operations Intern
Work Mode: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and build a network of high-quality and reliable service providers across multiple service categories.
Coordinate with service providers once customer orders are received to ensure timely scheduling and execution.
Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring smooth communication between customers and service providers.
Track service progress and proactively resolve operational issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of service providers, bookings,
and operational updates.
Deliver an excellent customer experience through productive coordination and follow-ups.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic digital tools is a plus.
