Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Order Fulfillment
Provide quality services that meet internal and external customer’s requirements.
Work in accordance with the implementation team and be responsible to implement.

Order/Schedule/ Receipt Management
Consolidation of POD forms Drivers / Transporters.
Ensure and creation of work order and CN has been created.
Scheduling of the National and Local vehicles.
Ensuring Order Fulfillment
Ensuring On Time Deliveries

Sourcing / Fulfillment
Assisting in sourcing of vendor vehicles for internal and external customer fulfillment.
Assisting in creation of cold chain and ambient vendor base.
Assisting vendor rating and analysis

Billing / MIS / Accounting

Ensuring and creation MIS and Accounting for the vehicles.
