Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of the savoury section of the kitchen.
Prepare and maintain consistency in dishes including ramen bowls (veg & non-veg), sando sandwiches, fried avocado toast, cheese garlic bruschetta, cheese chilli sourdough, spaghetti, and other café dishes.
Ensure excellent taste, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain food quality and consistency during busy service hours.
Manage mise en place, ingredient preparation, and kitchen organization.
Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and assist with ordering supplies.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Work collaboratively with the bakery and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or Café Chef handling continental and café-style savoury dishes.
Solid knowledge of sandwiches, pasta, breakfast items, and Asian-inspired dishes such as ramen.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
