We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Assosiate to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, and closing property sales while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Explain property details to clients
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain client and sales records
Presenting and selling skills required

Requirements:
Positive communication skill
Interest in real estate sales and marketing
Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
