Job Summary

Aurika Estates is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and ensure timely execution of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and related civil works.
Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
Maintain daily work progress and labour reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications & Experience




ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
5–8 years of experience in building construction.
Experience with a real estate developer is mandatory.

Required Skills
Knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Strong leadership and labour management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in residential or commercial high-rise projects.

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
