Job Responsibilities:
Drawing Validation: Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, structural layouts, and interior design schematics to ensure exact execution.
Site Feasibility: Conduct accurate site measurements and verify that design dimensions align with actual in office conditions before construction begins.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify design clashes or structural limitations and propose practical, aesthetic, and structural modifications.
Project Execution & Supervision
Contractor Coordination: Supervise daily in office activities and manage subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, and painters.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high workmanship standards, checking alignments, modular furniture installations, and interior finishes.
Material Management: Track material usage, oversee deliveries, prevent wastage, and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
