Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
Solid knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining legacy systems while integrating new features.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with database management and data manipulation within IBM AS/400 environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering reliable and maintainable code.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
